Polly Of Corsham, passed peacefully away on the 27th December 2014, aged 78 years. Much loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at St Philip & St James Church, Neston, on Friday 9th January 2015 at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please.
