Of Melksham passed away peacefully on the 24th December 2017 aged 46 years. Thanksgiving service to be held at Queensway Chapel, Melksham on Friday 12th January 2018 at 10.30am. At Kate’s request no formal attire to be worn please. Family flowers only please.
