Of Corsham, passed away peacefully on the 15th September 2017, aged 56 years. Committal at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Wednesday 4th October 2017 at 10.45am followed by a Thanksgiving Service at St Bartholomew’s Church, Corsham 2.30pm. Family flowers only please.
