Of Melksham, passed away on the 10th November 2019, aged 64 years.

Dearly missed by his beloved wife Patricia, children Kevin, Chris, Sam and all his family and friends.

Funeral Service at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington, on Wednesday 27th November at 12.15pm.
