Of Chippenham, sadly passed away on 4th November 2019, aged 66 years.

Dearly missed by all family and friends.

Funeral service at North Wiltshire Crematorium, Royal Wootton Bassett, on Monday 25th November, at 12 noon.

Family flowers only please, colourful attire requested.
